We understand it has been a long wait for you to be able to rejoin and connect with your volleyball friends, thus, all 2021/22 paid members are eligible for FREE session this Sunday!

Join us for our regular Sunday training session, a perfect opportunity to learn or grow your volleyball skills with dedicated coaching and development time for all levels. Beginners always welcome.

Runs from 1pm to 4pm, with a brief warm up commencing at 1pm to start the afternoon followed by approximately 1 hour of drills and skills practice before finishing the session with games to put those skills to work.
